Who is responsible

Website analytics

This site measures a small set of actions without analytics cookies. Your browser sends those events to this site's server, which checks the event and its fields before sending it to Amplitude Cloud's EU region.

I measure page views, sample or resume downloads, clicks on this site's email and LinkedIn links, and contact forms only after Formspree accepts them. Each event contains the page name, a short source label and, for an action, a short action name.

The source label says whether a visit was direct, organic, from a campaign, from an affiliate, or from a referring site. Analytics never receives the name, email address, message, or other values entered in a form. The privacy page records only a page view. Privacy-rights and outreach opt-out links are not treated as conversions.

This setup does not set analytics cookies or use local storage or session storage. A random page identifier exists only in memory until the page is closed or reloaded and is not reused across pages.

When you follow an internal link, the site may add the source label to the next page's URL so the visit source remains available after navigation. The label does not identify you. I do not automatically capture interactions, record sessions, create heatmaps, collect mouse coordinates, collect file metadata, or capture performance and error traces. Global Privacy Control and browser “Do Not Track” signals disable this measurement.

Contact form and email

If you use the portfolio contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are processed by Formspree and delivered to me. Formspree describes its processing and security practices on its security page. If you email me directly, I receive the address and content you choose to send.

Business outreach

For narrowly targeted business outreach, I may record a company name, public work email, role or team, website, the public source where the contact was found, the reason the offer may be relevant, and whether the recipient replied or opted out. I do not use guessed private addresses, sell the list or request sensitive information in a first email.

Reply “no” to an outreach email or contact office@kamaevm.com to stop future outreach. The address or domain is then kept only on a suppression list so it is not contacted again.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, process the contact form, deliver email or provide the limited EU-hosted measurement described above. I do not sell personal information. Records are kept only as long as needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, prevent repeat outreach or meet applicable obligations.
