Privacy and outreach
A plain-language summary of what this site and my one-to-one business outreach may process.

Who is responsible
Mike Kamaev, operating through MIKHAIL KAMAEV PR KAMAEV DIGITAL, registration no. 68379598, Belgrade, Serbia. Questions, access or deletion requests, and outreach opt-outs can be sent to office@kamaevm.com.
Website analytics
The seven public portfolio, service and privacy pages use a deliberately limited measurement system. The browser sends only approved events to this site's own server endpoint, which checks every event and field before forwarding it to Amplitude Cloud's EU region.
Events cover page views, sample downloads, approved email or LinkedIn clicks, and contact forms only after Formspree confirms acceptance. Event data contains only the page name and, for actions, a short action name. Every event also carries one short source label such as direct, organic, a campaign name, or an affiliate label. Form names, email addresses, messages and other field values are never sent to analytics. The privacy page records only a page view; privacy-rights and outreach opt-out links are not treated as conversions.
This setup does not set analytics cookies or use local storage or session storage. A random page identifier exists only in memory until the page is closed or reloaded and is not reused across pages. The validated source label may be copied into ordinary internal-link parameters so it remains available after navigation; it does not identify a person. We do not identify visitors, automatically capture interactions, record sessions, create heatmaps, collect mouse coordinates, collect file metadata, or capture performance and error traces. Global Privacy Control and browser “Do Not Track” signals disable this measurement.
Contact form and email
If you use the portfolio contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are processed by Formspree and delivered to me. Formspree describes its processing and security practices on its security page. If you email me directly, I receive the address and content you choose to send.
Business outreach
For narrowly targeted business outreach, I may record a company name, public work email, role or team, website, the public source where the contact was found, the reason the offer may be relevant, and whether the recipient replied or opted out. I do not use guessed private addresses, sell the list or request sensitive information in a first email.
Reply “no” to an outreach email or contact office@kamaevm.com to stop future outreach. The address or domain is then kept only on a suppression list so it is not contacted again.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, process the contact form, deliver email or provide the limited EU-hosted measurement described above. I do not sell personal information. Records are kept only as long as needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, prevent repeat outreach or meet applicable obligations.
