Live site

A local-first macOS voice-to-text app: press a hotkey, speak in any app, or drop an audio/video file for offline transcription. I built the product and launch funnel end-to-end — app UX, licensing, updates, pricing, checkout, legal, analytics, and the live site.

I started in tech through Rambler, then spent 7+ years in B2C product work across dating, e-commerce, gaming, and streaming. At cs.money I helped rebuild a marketplace from broken funnels and zero analytics into a 7M MAU platform. At DOWN I worked through 53 experiments across onboarding and monetization. Now I also build my own products, including Tinta Voice, so my consulting stays close to what actually ships.
