B2C monetization sprint

Decide what to change before your team builds it

Send me one stuck pricing, paywall, offer, checkout, or activation question. In five business days, I will tell you whether to test it, repair the measurement first, or stop. If a test is the right move, your team gets the brief and decision rules needed to run it.

The decision

After five business days, you get one of three answers

Run

Test it

The question matters, the setup can answer it, and the team gets a complete experiment brief.

Fix first

Repair the measurement

The current events, targeting, configuration, or baseline cannot support a decision. You get the exact fix list and the gate for testing.

Stop

Move on

The upside is too small, the risk is too high, or another question is more valuable. I explain why and name the next best move.

What you get

A recommendation and the document your team needs next

  1. Check the evidence

I review the cohort, denominator, events, prices, targeting, tracking, and past tests. You get a short funnel read with the baselines and data gaps that affect the decision.

  2. Rank the available moves

I trace the paid journey and rank three to five moves by expected business impact, confidence, effort, downside, and the evidence behind each rank.

  3. Prepare the next action

For a valid test, I write the hypothesis, primary metric, guardrails, duration, QA checks, and ship, iterate, or stop rules. Otherwise, I write the measurement fix plan or stop memo.

You receive the working document and a 45-minute readout.

Proof from DOWN

A smaller pricing move increased revenue by 18%

Each failed test changed the next one

One test cut VIP conversion by 23.8%. Another lost $400 after a 60% increase on the three-month offer. A third run had a configuration bug, so its result could not support a decision.

The final test used smaller changes by offer. Revenue increased 18% for new male US Android users while immediate conversion, early churn, retention, and match behavior held. I recommended rollout only to the tested segment.

Fit

This works when the question is narrow and the product is live

Good fit

  • B2C subscription app, marketplace, or consumer product with real users and payments
  • One stuck pricing, paywall, offer, checkout, or activation-to-paid decision
  • You can share the current journey, relevant data, and past tests. Your team can implement the next action

Not a fit

  • Pre-launch product with no real behavior or payments yet
  • Paid acquisition, a full redesign, or engineering implementation
  • A broad “find everything wrong” audit or a promise that a test will win

Scope and terms

One journey, one market or segment, five business days

$1,250 fixed price. The scope is one paid journey and one primary market or segment. The five-business-day schedule starts when product access, funnel evidence, pricing or offer setup, target market, and any past tests are available.

Design and implementation are not included. If the evidence cannot support a decision, you receive a measurement fix plan and the condition for moving forward.

I can sign a standard NDA. Client data, internal results, and working documents stay private.

Send me the monetization decision your team is stuck on

Include the product, market or segment, the question, what data exists, and what you have already tried. I will reply within two business days with fit or no fit and the exact inputs I need.
