Subcontractor file cleanup

See what you have, what is missing, and what needs action

I organise the documents you choose to share and record the results of official state lookups. I do not decide whether a subcontractor is legally compliant or adequately insured.

$100 complete pilot · 3 subcontractors · 2 business days after agreed inputs
  • Master register and evidence index
  • Exact public lookup source, input, result and date
  • Missing-item, exception and expiry trackers
  • Request log, handoff notes and one correction round

Every name, identifier and observed result in this sample is fictional and clearly marked as a demonstration.

The $100 covers the full three-subcontractor pilot

It is not a deposit. You keep all the work whether or not you continue.

If you choose the full cleanup, the $100 is credited in full. The total is $500 for up to 15 subcontractors, delivered within five business days after the agreed inputs are received.

No card or payment link is sent in the first email. An invoice from the registered business is issued only after the scope is agreed.

What I do not need

  • No inbox, portal or password access
  • No bank details, SSN, passport or payment credentials
  • No W-9 contents copied into my workbook
  • No authority to contact a broker or agency as your company

What I do not decide

  • No declaration that a subcontractor is compliant, covered, safe or eligible
  • No judgement that a policy or record satisfies a contract
  • No alteration of source documents
  • A missing search result is “not confirmed”, never “uninsured”

Want me to organise records for three subcontractors?

If I contacted you first, reply to that email. Otherwise, email me your roster size, project state, and current checklist. Do not send sensitive documents until we agree the scope and transfer method.
